EHS Façade Access Ltd was founded in 2010 by Eric Spencer who’s industry knowledge stems from over 40 years’ experience in commercial construction.

EHS has developed into a company which specialises in the installation and maintenance of the most crucial elements of many iconic buildings which dominate the London skyline.

For 25 years EHS been installing permanent façade access equipment, from BMU’s to abseil monorails and anything in between. In 2014 rope access was introduced to compliment the high access services provided to our clients.

During 2017, many of the rope access projects encompassed façade installation and glass 
replacement. This led to an organic progression for EHS to start offering a full façade
 installation service.

Operating with ISO 9001 (Cert no. 18954), Safe Contractor Accreditation, in addition to being a member of the British Standards Institution (Cert no. 47766302). It is along with a passionate team, that EHS Façade Access Ltd can be trusted to deliver projects with expertise, on time, on budget with safety as the utmost priority.
